Current availabilities start at $2,675/month for one-beds, $3,295/month for two-beds, and $4,495/month for three-beds. All prices are net effective to reflect two months free rent on a 14-month lease, and new leases are eligible for up to three months free rent.
All 148 one- to three-bedroom units feature 7” wide plank wood floors, touchless entry lock systems, smart thermostats, and in-unit washer/dryers. Kitchens come outfitted with integrated Blomberg appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and custom-built Italian cabinetry. Baths are finished with porcelain tile, custom-built vanities, and Kohler fixtures and accessories. Certain one- and two-bedroom units have dens with pocket doors that allow for seamless flow or privacy, depending on the renter’s needs, and several units have private terraces or balconies.
DVORA 175 welcomes pets and offers high-speed in-unit WiFi, handyman services, package delivery, a la carte cleaning, weekly in-unit disinfecting, and daily building sanitizing. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor lobby, cafe, co-working spaces, wellness center, and event hall with full kitchen. The crowning glory is La Playa, a Miami-inspired rooftop pool with lounge area, cabanas, and barbecue area.
The building also offers a bike room and parking garage with Tesla superchargers, but the nearby Grove Street PATH, Harsimus Cove light rail, and Harborside ferry stops allow for no shortage of ways to commute to Manhattan or other parts of New Jersey. Closer to home, the building is down the street from Shop-Rite and close to popular restaurants and nightlife.
