Over the past seven days, sales were not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday: 172 apartments for sale throughout New York experienced price reductions. This is not related to the retail landscape, but to bring the apartments closer in line with current market conditions. Please note that all of the following figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.

These price cuts come at a time when there are 12,065 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price comes in at $1,996,429, or $1,661 per square foot. The Manhattan co-op median price is $894,691. Both figures are down slightly from the condo median of $2,001,367 and the co-op median of $908,560 recorded at the beginning of November 2020 (all figures per CityRealty listings).
