As the past week shows, even the wealthiest owners and most prestigious buildings are not immune from the real estate market's ups and downs. Of the 579 listings throughout New York that recently experienced price reductions, some were in landmarked buildings and high-end addresses that many would assume would have no trouble finding buyers. And one of them belongs to U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who originally listed his home in "tower of power" 740 Park Avenue about a year ago. Please be advised that all price cuts are cumulative and not reflective of the most recent reductions.
