"This handsome, 49-story, 440-unit, condominium apartment tower at 220 Riverside Boulevard was completed in 2003 as one of the major buildings in the redevelopment of the former rail yards at the south end of Riverside Park.

Designed by Costas Kondylis & Associates, the orange-brick tower, which rises at the south end of its large base, is 542 feet high and has commanding views of the Hudson River and much of Manhattan." Read Carter's Full Review
