Introduced by Adam Gopnik of The New Yorker, Errico performed three songs from the album including “Sooner or Later” (originally written for and performed by Madonna for the film Dick Tracy).
108 Leonard is a 13-story Beaux Arts-style building that fronts Broadway between Leonard Street and Catherine Lane. C3GB LLC, Elad Group and SLCE transformed the building into 152 luxurious condominium residences with its elegant design roots and added modern touches. 108 Leonard’s distinctive clock tower once had an 11-foot tall, crouching figure of Atlas who had a 15-foot diameter hollow globe which was topped off with a 7-foot-tall eagle all resting on Atlas’ shoulders. The gigantic statue was removed in the late 1940s and was lost.
According to listings, there are 14 apartments available in 108 Leonard, ranging from $1.71M for an 859-SF one-bedroom up to $11.5M which is a four-bedroom on the 15th floor. The average price per square foot is $2,179.
