Over the past seven days, 94 condos, co-ops, and townhouses throughout New York City experienced price cuts. We take a look at the ones with the largest cuts below; please be advised that all of the following figures reflect cumulative cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.

In that same time frame, a whopping 1,055 rental listings all over the city had their prices reduced to attract a wider range of prospective renters. Considering rental listings are up (to 11,960 at last check), this could be a way of bringing these apartments to the forefront of an increasingly crowded market.
