As March 2021 draws to a close, there are 9,778 listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. This represents only a small drop from last week, and Manhattan's median prices were similarly steady: The median price of a Manhattan condo rose less than 1 percent from last week to $2,213,363, or $1,731 per square foot. The co-op median price, though, dropped slightly to $895,701.
