In the last week of September 2023, CityRealty listings show 8,398 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The median price of a Manhattan condo comes to $2,441,063 ($1,806 per square foot), down slightly from around this time in August. The median Manhattan co-op price, though, went up to $1,024,196 during that same time period.
