As of March 24, 2021, there are 9,890 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses listed for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. Manhattan's median condo price bobbed up from last week to $2,198,650, or $1,722 per square foot. The median Manhattan co-op price also rose from last week to $895,952 (all figures per CityRealty listings).

From March 16-22, a total of 247 sales listings throughout New York experienced price reductions. A full, sortable table may be found below; please be advised that all of the following figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
