From February 7-13, 2024, about 185 sales listings throughout New York City experienced price reductions. Among them was the duplex loft at The MacIntyre, Flatiron wholesaler building turned cooperative, where Taylor Swift shot the Polaroid images included with the physical copy of her 2014 album 1989. In September 2023, shortly before 1989 (Taylor's Version) was released, Robb Report identified the owner as Sarah Johnson, daughter of San Francisco Giants owner Charles B. Johnson, and announced that it had been listed for $3,700,000. However, last week's price cut brings it down to $2,850,000.
