In the majority of New York real estate, outdoor space is at a premium. Residents count themselves lucky to have a small private balcony, never mind a landscaped garden. However, about 25 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, the three 20-story towers of Skyview Riverdale are home to 1,309 apartments surrounded by 23 acres of outdoor space, which hosts a number of amenities that Manhattanites would have to leave home to enjoy.

Twenty-four hour security, concierge services, laundry facilities, dedicated superintendents, bike rooms, reserved parking, and a private shuttle to the Metro North station make life more streamlined and stress-free for residents. Moreover, Skyview Riverdale seeks to cultivate a community rather than a complex with a calendar of residents’ activities including movie nights, farmer’s markets, educational seminars, and kids’ events.

Indeed, Skyview Riverdale is located in a thriving Bronx community. The many offerings of Van Cortlandt Park are a short walk away, as are the public gardens of Wave Hill. According to CityRealty listings, these prices are a fraction of the medians for their Manhattan co-op counterparts, which range from $485K for studios to $4.65 million for three-bedrooms.
