The XI Officially Launches Sales, High Line- and Hudson River-Facing Condos from $2.85M

There are few skyline additions that are as creative and impactful as Bjarke Ingels' twisting East (X) and West (I) towers that make up The XI at 76 Eleventh Avenue. Along with their dramatic shifting design, the stellar location along The Highline, and amenities club curated by Six Senses New York, the HFZ Capital Group-developed complex is bringing a whopping 236 condos to the West Chelsea neighborhood. And now, sales for 14 of those homes have officially launched with prices ranging from $2.85 million for a one-bedroom to $28 million for a penthouse in the West tower.

The East Tower, which is rising 300 feet tall (26 stories), will contain 87 residences that begin on the 11th floor and sit just above the Six Senses New York hotel. Each tower will boast unique finishes in its residences. This one will feature natural oak chevron floors, kitchens with custom Italian-made Molteni cabinetry, Calacatta Gold marble countertops and backsplash, and fully-integrated Gaggenau and Miele appliances, as well as master baths with Herringbone Arbescato Vagli Oro marble flooring.

Residences in the West Tower, which is the tallest of the two structures at 400 feet tall (34 stories) and just topped out last week, will feature 149 units designed Gabellini Sheppard Associates. They'll have seven-inch wide-plank floors, and kitchens equipped with custom German-engineered Bulthaup cabinetry in Grey Larch wood and Eucalyptus, honed White Princess quartzite countertops and backsplashes, a breakfast bar, and fully-integrated appliances also by Gaggenau and Miele. Master baths boast Taj Mahal quartzite slab floors, a custom Eucalyptus wood vanity, and sculptural Agape freestanding bathtub.

In addition to having two different interior design teams, every residence at The XI has a different layout due to Bjarke's unique twisting design.

As for amenities, The XI's glass sky bridge that will be home to a residential lounge and gallery. Additional amenities will include a 4,000-square-foot fitness center with 75-foot pool, wine-tasting room, and game room. Residents will also have priority access to Six Senses Hotel and Spa.

The $1.9 billion development will also bring an art space and a new public promenade adjacent to The High Line that is getting developed by HFZ and Friends of The High Line.
