We've has just learned that Jason Binn, the media mogul who founded Niche Media and DuJour Media, has closed on a unit in Tribeca's 100 Barclay Street. According to a tipster, Binn closed on the home for just under $7M. It is a four-bedroom, four-bath corner residence that spreads 2,880 square feet.
Aside from magazine publishing ("Gotham" and "Hamptons"), Binn is known for being close friends with Donald Trump and even his daughter, Ivanka. As The Real Deal reported last week, Binn's previous three-bedroom condo residence was just sold to Blackstone Group's vice chair Tom Hill for $10.7M after hitting the market in February.
