The building will have122 residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom units. There are currently ten apartments for sale: two 1-bedroom units starting from $1.635 million, two 2-bedroom units starting from $2.285 million, four 3-bedroom units starting from $3.255 million, and two 4-bedroom units starting from $5.725 million.

At $2,135 per square foot, the development's units weight in at slightly less than others in the area. The average condo price per square foot in August was $2,362, up from $2,049 for the same period last year. The median price per square foot of listed condos in the neighborhood weighs in at $3.895 million, or $2,251 per square foot.
