A new four-building residential development in Gramercy has a new website, and has softly launched sales by releasing a select number of listings to the public. Developed by Clipper Equity and The Chetrit Group, the buildings are collectively known as Gramercy Square, and the website is complete with new renderings and details of the project, highlighting the distinct concepts for the individual buildings.

Conceived and designed by Woods Bagot, the buildings have a combined 223 luxury residences that range from studios to four-bedrooms. The buildings - The Tower, The Boutique, The Prewar, and The Modern - are located on East 19th and East 20th streets, between Second and Third avenues. They share 20,0000 square feet of interconnected gardens and green spaces in a park-like oasis designed by landscape architects M. Paul Friedberg & Partners. The private gardens include a central courtyard, walking paths, a rooftop terrace, and a variety of plantings and lounge areas.
The four interconnected buildings will be surrounded by beautiful garden space designed by MPFP.

The Tower is the tallest of the buildings and has 16 floors with studios to four-bedroom layouts, featuring some of the highest ceilings and most expansive floor plans in the complex. Nearly floor-to-ceiling windows enhance sunlit exposures, and a rich interior palette will create a warm living environment. Gramercy Square will also host 18,000 square feet of amenity space, dubbed “The Gramercy Club.” Included will be a fitness center designed and curated by La Palestra, featuring a 75-foot pool, a spa, a hot tub, a sauna, steam rooms, and a yoga studio. More amenities will include a golf simulator, a media room, a recreation room, a lounge with garden exposures, private dining space, a wine cellar, and available parking.
Situated in Gramercy Park, the development will rise among some of Manhattan’s most treasured restaurants, hotel rooftops, farmer’s markets, and outdoor enclaves. For reference, the average price per square foot of condos in the neighborhood as of September 1st was $1,747, up slightly from last September’s closing price of $1,669 per square foot. There are currently 151 condos for sale in Gramercy Park, for a median asking price of $2,017,500, or $1,782 per square foot.
Woods Bagot's conception of Gramercy Square now features a new registration site with renderings.
