A new rental development has opened up at 27 Albany Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, within walking distance to the A and C subway lines. While initial findings reported that it would be an 80/20 project, developers BRP now have it listed as a 50/30/20 one on their site. It is also aiming for LEED Silver certification. Loci Architecture is behind the design.
The building stands 10 stories high and offers 50 residences, ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. There are currently six no-fee units available with prices starting from $2,123/month for a one-bedroom and $2,765/month for a two-bedroom. Two-bedroom, two-bath homes start from $3,000/month. All units are also offering one month of free rent.

Although you won't find outdoor space in most of the apartments, the layouts are spacious and include floor to ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light to flow in. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel GE appliances and abundant cabinet space. Additionally, all units come with GE washers and dryers.
The pet-friendly building's amenities include on-site parking, storage, a virtual doorman, package room, bike room, a relaxing lounge and game room, a decked out fitness center, and two communal terraces offering unobstructed skyline views. Last but not least, 27 Albany Avenue is entirely smoke-free.
