The building is located within short walking distance to the J-M-Z's Myrtle Avenue station, and the G train's Myrtle-Willoughby station is also within walking distance. New businesses nearby include Simple Pleasures Cafe, Burly Coffee, Nextdoororganics and the Food Bazaar.
