The new renderings reveal a state-of-the-art fitness center, a residential lounge with a fireplace, and a cinema room. More amenities will include a sky lounge, swimming pool, on-site parking for 50 vehicles, bicycle parking, basement storage, a children’s playroom, a business center, a full-time doorman, a roof decks, and a spa room.

Architecture firm Goldstein, Hill & West are the designers and provided a simple three-tiered massing with sheer walls of glass along the north east and west elevations. A south-facing setback at the 44th story allows for a common terrace and sundeck. A staggered and striated pattern of opaque and transparent glass distinguishes the skyscraper from its neighbors. To top it off, a second setback at the 58th-floor, near the building's peak, will provide unrivaled and unobstructed views of the metropolis.
Until leasing fully launches, inquiries regarding pricing and availabilities can be made through the building’s teaser website. The tower is very close to the Queens Plaza and Queensboro Plaza subway stations making transit to Manhattan convenient and fast. Occupancy is slated for this fall.
