The offer comes at a still-busy time for Essex Crossing. Earlier this spring, an affordable lottery took place for apartments from $562/month at The Artisan; a leasing launch is on the horizon for its market-rate apartments, said to range from $3,000/month to over $8,000/month. Down the street, a small handful of availabilities at The Rollins, many with private terraces, ranges from $3,495/month for a studio to $5,769/month for a two-bedroom; this building is also home to Target and the East Coast's largest Trader Joe's.
On the condo front, an offering plan is under review for One Essex Crossing, where occupancy is estimated for early 2021.
