Rental Building News and Offers
In the months following its debut, HOUSE39 (225 East 39th Street) has attracted considerable attention for its shimmering, curvaceous façade, LEED Silver Certification, spacious apartments, and impressive set of amenities. A game room, fitness center and yoga studio, library, great lawn, and live-in residence manager make life easier and more enjoyable for HOUSE39 residents.
However, the building recently outdid itself by unveiled Sky Level amenities designed by David Rockwell to make the most of the spectacular views and to cater to residents’ high-energy lifestyle. There is an outdoor terrace with 360-degree views, a fire pit, covered cabana seating, and a gas grill. Inside, there is a pool and hot tub, party room with private kitchen, residents’ lounge, and balcony with Empire State Building views.

In addition to the rooftop amenities, HOUSE39 released a selection of upper-level model units. Like all apartments in the 36-story building, they feature spacious layouts, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with solar shades, in-unit Bosch washer/dryers, and expansive closets with custom shelfing. Kitchens have Caesarstone countertops, under-cabinet lighting, breakfast bar, and state-of-the-art Energy Star appliances. Bathrooms are outfitted with Caesarstone vanity countertops, mirrored medicine cabinets, Grohe faucets and accessories, Kohler fixtures, and rain shower heads.
It is no surprise that leasing at HOUSE39 got off to a brisk start this winter, but a handful of units remain. Studios start at $3,767/month; one-bedrooms at $4,277/month; two-bedrooms at $5,396/month; and three-bedrooms at $9,043/month. All prices are net effective with two months early occupancy.
