Recent years have seen urban areas overtaking suburbs as popular places to live, not to mention millennials going from the butt of jokes to a force to be reckoned with. The common areas are also reached via SMARTair entry, and the whole building enjoys high-speed WiFi coverage and surround sound speakers in all common areas. Residential amenities include a fitness center with Peloton and Matrix equipment, an adjacent yoga room, a lounge with a large-screen TV and kitchenette, and a common roof terrace with barbecue grills, fire pits, and spectacular New York skyline views. Additional conveniences include 24/7 concierge service, a mail and package room, a lobby coffee shop, on-site parking, and a bike room.
The nearby Journal Square PATH station allows for a quick commute to Lower or Midtown Manhattan. Closer to home, attractions include Lincoln Park, the Journal Square Green farmers’ market, craft distillery Corgi Spirits, and Mana Contemporary gallery.
Rents range from $1,800/month for studios to $4,900/month for three-bedrooms. All prices are net effective to reflect one month free rent and one month O/P.
