Some units also have private decks.
The building has a 1,200-square-foot fully equipped gym and on-site covered parking. The Hoboken waterfront is roughly 15 blocks away so if you don't want to make the trek, there are also outdoor amenities including an herb garden and a landscaped terrace with lounge chairs and grill. Small pets are allowed in the building. With just 46 units, interested renters should contact the leasing team before it's too late.
