When we last checked in on The Ellipse (25 Park Lane South), the 42-story building was nearly 60% leased and welcoming new residents. More recently, the building hit a new milestone and superlative: Penthouse Five, a 2,300-square-foot four-bedroom, four-bath, is the most expensive rental listing in Jersey City's history at $10,995/month.

Spectacular water and skyline views can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling windows and an abundance of private terraces. Additional features include oak plank hardwood floors, free high-speed internet service, generous closet space, and in-unit washer/dryer. The state-of-the-art kitchen is outfitted with white quartz surfaces, dual-tone cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.
Ellipse’s amenities and services are as eye-catching and desirable as its apartments.
