A few short months after leasing began at Ellipse, the 42-story crown jewel of Lefrak’s Jersey City empire, the first move-ins have begun. The Arquitectonica-designed building’s distinct oval shape and striking glass façade quickly attracted attention, but the beauty of this building is not skin-deep. The luxurious apartments, extensive amenities package, and central location generated such a swift response that the building is now nearly 60% leased. Remaining units are available for immediate occupancy, and studios start at $2,600/month.

All 381 units have unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. The studios through penthouses also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, oak plank hardwood floors, free high-speed internet service, abundant closet space, and in-unit washer/dryers. The state-of-the-art kitchens are outfitted with white quartz surfaces and stainless steel appliances.

Beyond the apartments, Ellipse’s amenities and services are designed to cater to all lifestyles and interests. Ellipse is in an excellent location in Newport, the largest mixed-use waterfront community in the country.
