Developers Forest City Ratner in 2016 unveiled 461 Dean Street, which debuted as the first residence to open in Brooklyn's Pacific Park mixed-use development at the nexus of Prospect Heights, Downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene. The design originated in the imaginative minds of SHoP (the firm behind nearby Barclays Center) and at 32 stories, the rental is the tallest modular building in the world. Select studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are currently listed with up to 2 months free; studios start at $2,311/month, 1 bedrooms at $3,128/month and 2 bedrooms at $5,907/month.
Apartments have details handcrafted locally in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and feature floor-to-ceiling windows with solar shades, walnut floors and custom closets. Caesarstone counters, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are in kitchens, and bathrooms have white quartz stone wall panels, walnut medicine cabinets and polished chrome fixtures. There is also climate control and laundry in each unit.

The sky lounge and rooftop terrace dominate the amenity list and give residents nearly 360-degree views of Brooklyn and beyond in a relaxing environment with plantings, tables, couches and lounge chairs. The building also has space for events and private dining, a fitness center with a dance & yoga studio, a game room with billiards & pingpong, and a children's playroom. The building's attended lobby is welcoming and peaceful with seating, custom lighting and a mail room.
461 Dean Street is between Flatbush Avenue and Sixth Avenue in Prospect Heights. Leasing specials apply to most listings and may advertise the net effective rate. Visit CityRealty's 461 Dean Street profile for listings and more photos or contact the leasing office full rental details.
