"This attractive, 14-story, mid-block, apartment building was erected in 1962. It was converted to a cooperative in 1979 and has 124 units.

The red-brick structure has a 2-step-down entrance, a doorman, a roof deck, sidewalk landscaping, a garage, some bay and corner windows, consistent fenestration and discrete air-conditioners. It has no health club." Read Carter's Full Review
