"Place 57, the very sleek and striking, angled, 36-story tower at 212 East 57th Street between Third and Second Avenues, is one of most attractive reflective glass-clad residential buildings in midtown.

The mid-block building occupies the former site of the Sutton Movie Theater and was erected at about the same time as Sutton 57, a 24-story non-reflective-glass-clad tower with 38 units across the street at 212 East 57th Street. Both buildings were completed in 2006. "

Luxury building with great architecture,
great Baccarat Crystal in the lobby.

Very easy board, It is pre-construction.

Great neighborhood in midtown Manhattan and 5th Ave.
Great midtown location next to all the greatest restaurant

The building is "first class". The resident`s lounge and gym are very nice, but a little small. The building is very classy and very modern in appearance.

The building staff are helpful, friendly and professional.

Brand new, so no real board issues or experience.

About 4 blocks to the E & V trains, about 3 blocks to the Green Line and about 4 Blockas from the F train. Great commuters location.

Very close to some great restaurants (Le Cirque, Felidia, etc...( and some great neighborhood restaurants.

Located close to Bloomingdales and Home Depot. Close to the Decorators Center and many antique stores and many interior decorators. Tghe Location is GREAT!

beautiful high end boutique building, lobby has crystal, architecural gem designed Ismael Leyva, garden , excersie room, meeting room, childrens room, health club, residence lounge.

Small new Condo 68 apartments on 36 floors. There is a gym, childrens play room, sitting room and outdoor patio. There are storage bins and bike racks. It is a full service building with a live-in building manager

New whole foods and great resturants and shopping. Very easy location to get to any part of the city
