Strata at Mercedes House comprises the 11 top floors of the Mercedes House, which was designed by Enrique Norton.
Originally designed as condominium units, the 162 apartments were purchased by the Texas-based financial company Invesco, which subsequently converted them into luxury rentals. Residences, which have custom kitchens with Caesarstone countertops and Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, feature master bathrooms with separate tubs and Nemo glass tile shower surrounds. Many units also boast private outdoor space and unobstructed views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.
Residents have access to two outdoor decks, a lounge area with fire pits, an outdoor pool and a 30,000-square-foot fitness center with a full spa, an indoor pool and hot tub, his and her locker rooms, spin and movement studios and a training area. Amenities also include a basketball court, a media room and full-time doorman and concierge service.
