The five availabilities include two 1-bedrooms for $3,891/month, two 2-bedrooms starting from $6,165/month, and a 3-bedroom for $6,958/month. The listings are from Mirador Real Estate and list the net effective prices for leases between 12-24 months.
Apartments interiors feature 9'3" ceiling heights, 3" oak plank flooring, solid birch veneer doors, and customized overhead lighting in every room. One of the available 2-bedroom units, Apartments 24R, also features a large private terrace. Kitchens have caesarstone countertops, custom cabinetry, in-sink disposal systems, and dual spray pull-down faucets. Bathrooms have lots of storage including custom cabinets and glass shelving, and also have glass tiled showers, and stone tiled floors.
