Upon entering, residents are greeted by site-specific commissions from acclaimed artists Roy Nachum and Federico Uribe. Federico Uribe's remarkable 13-foot sculpture, "Fly Mosca," constructed from salvaged jet skis and boats, graces the façade near the roof. Inside, the lobby boasts an installation of cascading gold crowns by Roy Nachum.
This unique fusion of art and architecture continues inside, where BKSK led the interior design of the six exclusive residences. These homes offer serene, gallery-like spaces meticulously designed to protect and showcase oversized art pieces. The homes feature direct elevator access, soaring ceilings, and expansive entertaining spaces. Kitchens seamlessly blend into the living spaces, and secondary areas like vestibules and powder rooms emerge as dramatic, inky-black volumes, heightening the contrast between the interior and exterior.
