There was much to discuss between the winners, the performances, and the red carpet looks.
These included actor/rapper Jaden Smith's ABODI "Vampire Castle" headpiece with his face poking out of the sculptural gate. Mr. Smith has spoken of his appreciation for vampires in the past, and it served as an unwitting homage to the Society of Beaux-Arts Architects ball in 1931, where prominent architects dressed as buildings they had designed.

Only time will tell if New York sees an influx of West Coast buyers, but January 2025 saw movement on several homes linked to high-profile, award-winning individuals.
