With the sunny season on the horizon, it’s hard not to envy those who can hit the roof for some morning sunbathing or evening entertaining amid leafy gardens, cozy cabanas and maybe even an outdoor shower, and a classic Manhattan rooftop view may be one of the best perks of city life. The Diamond House condominium at 170 East 77th Street on the Upper East Side lets the sun shine in with a sky-lit fitness center in addition to its landscaped roof terrace.
