For Picca, it's a labor of love, so quality is standard practice. There's a 3-day refund window, and a 60 day warranty for repairs. The store gets great reviews, and if you don't love the idea of buying a bicycle sight unseen you can meet up with Picca in Williamsburg or Bed Stuy to inspect the goods before you buy.
