Trump-Kushners leave Astor Place, SJP nixes 88 CPW, Schrager/Balazs eye the same prize.

Sarah Jessica Parker is not, repeat, not settling in at 88 Central Park West. That apartment is back on the market, the Parker-Broderick household is back on the prowl, and the next possibility may be a $20 mil, 7,634 square foot triplex penthouse in the newly-converted condo building at 419 Broome Street (yes, the same building where Heath Ledger died) (via NY Post).

Now that he’s no longer a bachelor, youthful newspaper (He owns the New York Observer) mogul and Ivanka Trump hubby Jared Kushner has put his Astor Place bachelor pad on the market. The 2,000 square foot duplex condo at the coveted 21 Astor Place address just hit the market at $4.1 million (Kushner paid $3.225 mil in 09). There’s no news on where the couple will move next (via Curbed NY)

Blondie bass player Jimmy Destri and his wife Eileen finally sold his Bay Ridge Victorian home for $1.3 million (axed from the original ask of $1.995 mil in 2009). The former punker-gone-platinum was able to find a buyer—a Bay Ridge dentist—who didn’t have to worry about commuting from Brooklyn’s far side (via NY Observer).

This year may see the Battle of the Boutique Hoteliers as both Ian Schrager and Andre Balazs (as previously mentioned) have now reportedly been seen circling the Chelsea Hotel (via NY Observer).
