Tyra’s remodel drags on; Derek Jeter in a corner; Bruce Willis dumps Trump; Huffington hunts; LiLo looking.

“America’s Next Top Model” host Tyra Banks has been merging four units at luxury condo Riverhouse at Battery Park City into one superduplex since last May, and neighbors subject to the less-than-sweet sounds of banging hammers and drilling metal aren’t getting any happier. The work was supposed to be done in October, and Tyra’s getting hit with fees for overtime on the job (via CurbedNY).

Derek Jeter doesn’t live next door to Tyra, but he’s reportedly camped out in a $15,500 a month corner apartment rental in the Trump World Tower where he’s trying to sell his $20 million apartment; The reason? A construction racket next door sent him packing (via CurbedNY).

Bruce Willis and wife Emma Hemming have put their Upper West Side Trump Place condo at 220 Riverside Boulevard on the market for $3.95 million, considerably less than the $4.25 mil the Die Hard star paid in 2007 for the 3 bedroom apartment with Hudson River views (via NYPost).

Beltway blog queen Arianna Huffington is reportedly checking out Big Apple digs, including a three-bedroom, $25,000-a-month, 2,370-square-foot rental unit at 40 Mercer Street in SoHo (via NYPost). At the other end of the blonde spectrum, Lindsay Lohan’s also in a New York state of mind. LiLo’s looking to rent or sublet (via DailyNews); No word on whether Arianna’s looking for a roommate.
