Uma finds a buyer; Tatum O’Neal puts her classic LES condo up for sale; designer Alexander Wang gives W mag a tour of his furry Tribeca loft.

Uma Thurman, who currently has a home in—and a key to—Gramercy Park has found a buyer for her West Village apartment at 18 West 9th Street. The townhouse sold for $12 million, $2 mil less than the asking price but more than the $9.5 million the Kill Bill star paid for it in 2006 (via NY Nearsay).

Former child star Tatum O’Neal has listed her Lower East Side apartment at 175 East Broadway for $1.495 million. The 1,435 square foot condo also happens to be part of the neighborhood’s immigrant history: It formarly housed the popular LES Jewish gossip and events paper the Daily Forward (via CurbedNY)

Arianna Hufffington’s hunt for a downtown home continues, as does, apparently, the trend toward high-end rentals: The HuffPo pundit was spotted visiting a $25,000 per month three-bedroom rental at 55 Thompson Street in SoHo and a $35,000 per month three-story “townhouse” residence in the same building (via NY Post).

Apartments of the young and fabulous: Face of Burberry and Vogue cover model Brit Lily Donaldson is looking for someone to rent her East Village apartment at 131 Avenue B (overlooking Tompkins Square Park) for just under $8K per month (via CurbedNY), and of-the-moment designer Alexander Wang opens his decidedly non-PETA-friendly Tribeca loft at 39 Worth Street for a visit in the May issue of W magazine (via CurbedNY).
