An opportunity to look down on Will Smith for $80K a month; A peek into Strauss-Kahn’s cushy Tribeca rental; Derek Jeter’s next home base.

Get a chance to keep Will Smith up all night: The fifth floor—a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath spread—at sleek 25 Bond Street is for rent for a mere $85,000 per month. The Men in Black II star and his family occupy the fourth floor, which they rent for the same monthly stack of bills (Curbed NY).

Former Dateline NBC anchor Stone Phillips is selling his Gramercy Park penthouse for $5.9 million. The newsman recently brought in an architect to make renovations; as a result, the current price tag of the 1,685-square-foot two-bedroom apartment at 45 Gramercy Park North is $1 million higher than when it first hit the market last year (via New York Nearsay).

Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s Tribeca apartment at 153 Franklin Street is at the center of the latest round of media controversy (“who’s paying for it?” seems to be the big question). The former International Monetary Fund managing director has just moved into the home, which features a home theater, a bar and a spa steam bath, and which rents for $50,000/month, to continue his house arrest (via CurbedNY).

Yankee top dog Derek Jeter has been seen making several visits to size up a $5.7 million penthouse duplex condo at 15 East 26th Street (15 Madison Square North). The apartment is 2,577 square feet with 12-foot-plus ceilings and a private roof terrace high above Madison Square Park. Jeter currently owns a penthouse at Trump World Tower which he’s selling for $20 million (NYPost).
