Word has it that—a year-and-a–half post-breakup—the Thelma and Louise star paid ex Tim Robbins only $3.2 million for the space they’d shared, which includes the whole eighth floor and part of the seventh in a building where a smaller, lower floor sold for over $5 mil about two years ago (NYObserver).

Sacha Baron Cohen, wife Isla Fisher and their two daughters, Olive and Elula, have been spotted enjoying the waterside views near the downtown Manhattan digs the family recently rented at Riverhouse at Battery Park City, where three-bedrooms range from $8,700 to $15,000 per month (NYPost).

The former face of L’Oreal, Dior and Chanel toured a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with a glass staircase that leads to a roof deck with Empire State Building and river views (NYPost).

Off the island: Former Mets team captain John Franco is still looking for a buyer for his Staten Island manse; the Cliffwood Avenue home in the borough’s Todt Hill area is on the market for $4.95 million—almost half the 2005 asking price. The 11,539-square-foot mansion holds eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and water views plus perks like an ice cream parlor, indoor basketball court, DJ booth, pool, cabana and wine cellar (NYPost).
