Jessica Simpson, Blake Lively Looking; Starbucks scion gets a nice gift from Dad.

Jessica Simpson has been looking for a nest to feather once her new baby with footballer fiance Eric Johnson arrives. Ms. Simpson has reportedly checked out an apartment in SoHo Mews at 311 Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan (NYPost), and had a $25,000-a-month, three-bedroom townhouse rental she’d been eying at 55 Thompson snatched by another renter (CurbedNY).

Though they’ve only been dating for just over a month, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been spotted apartment-browsing together. The Gossip girl—who currently resides in Chelse a—and her boy were seen viewing a $4.35 million three-bedroom penthouse at 225 Fifth Avenue in Midtown East (NYPost).

Family ties buy: Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz recently bought a $4.6 million Greenwich Village condo for his newly-married son, Jordan. The 2,266 square-foot, three-bedroom home at 173 MacDougal Street is a block away from Washington Square Park and features 10 1/2-foot ceilings and a glass-enclosed fireplace. And there’s a Starbucks around the corner on Sixth Avenue (NYPost).
