The ask for the uptown manse in the West 80s near Central Park was $12.5M, but the sale price still made the sellers, Magnum Real Estate Group, a tidy sum; they paid $4.4 million in 2009 (CurbedNY).
Newly-minted Yankees star Ichiro Suzuki recently toured a triplex penthouse at the 48-story Cassa condo/hotel at 70 West 45th Street. The apartment has a $60,000-a-month rental price tag.
