Baby Blue already has the best crib in TriBeCa; Connelly and Bettany list their penthouse; Timothy Hutton checks out SoHo. NYC apartments celebrity neighbors

Most space-starved New Yorkers wouldn’t mind an apartment with 2200 square feet. But for NYC’s newest notable neighbor, Blue Ivy Carter–newborn daughter of entertainment royalty Jay-Z and Beyonce–her nursery alone is rumored to be that size at 195 Hudson Street in TriBeCa (USWeekly).

Also in TriBeCa, Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany have put their waterfront condo on the market. After a move from Park Slope, the Beautiful Mind stars hopped the pond for 288 West Street, which they purchased for $6,995,000 million in 2008. The spacious penthouse with Hudson River views and private outdoor space is currently listed at $8,495,000. The couple might be headed back to the brownstones of Brooklyn, which the BK-born Connelly has apparently been missing (CurbedNY).

Timothy Hutton has reportedly been apartment-shopping in SoHo. The Oscar-winning actor and restaurateur (P.J. Clarke’s) seemed particularly interested in a one-bedroom loft co-op at 132 Greene Street. The $1.795 million unit offers private elevator access and a chef’s kitchen (NYPost).
