Jeter lists Trump bachelor pad; Jennifer Aniston dumps West Village duo; a peek at Melo’s Hell’s Kitchen condo.

After finally finding love, Jennifer Aniston has reportedly sold a pair of West Village pre-war condominium apartments at 299 West 12th Street for $6.5 million after having purchased them for $7 million just last May. The Friends star had planned to combine the two units, one on the 17th floor and the other a penthouse with a terrace offering unobstructed city views (CurbedNY).

Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter just put his 88th floor aerie at Trump World Tower at 845 United Nations Plaza on the market in favor of a smaller NYC apartment. Priced at $18 mil, the 4-bedroom, 5,425 square-foot penthouse boasts a 77-foot-long living room with panoramic skyline views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Jeter paid $12.72 million for the massive man-cave–including ultrasuede wallpaper, a pool table, a poker table with room for eight and a tabletop Pac-Man game–in 2001 (NYPost).

Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony and wife La La seem more than happy with their rented duplex in the Hit Factory condominium at 421 West 54th Street. In a recent interview/show-and-tell, La La mentions that Melo is totally hands-on when it comes to decorating the apartment, where an enormous modern painting of the Knicks star hangs above the sofa. The seven-story luxury condo conversion was formerly the well-known recording studio where Bruce Springsteen recorded "Born in the USA." (NYPost).
