BPC = Baller Pad Central?

Brooklyn Nets forward (and Kim Kardashian soon-to-be-ex) Kris Humphries just picked up an apartment at Liberty Luxe at 200 North End Avenue in Battery Park City. The 32-story building, one of two that offer condos and rental units, includes the 60,000 square-foot Asphalt Green community center situated below. The aforementioned recreation center features a basketball court, a pool, a gym and a spa (NYPost).

Another Nets star, point guard Deron Williams, was seen sizing up a $30,000 per month–the condo is also for sale for $5 million–apartment at the Visionaire at 70 Little West Street in Battery Park City. The four-bedroom unit at the eco-friendly building boasts a a 979-square-foot terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and a chef’s kitchen (NY Post).

NY Knicks star Carmelo Anthony and wife La La are moving from their apartment in the Hit Factory condos at 421 West 54th Street, once a celebrated music studio where the Rolling Stones, John Lennon, Stevie Wonder and Madonna, among others, once recorded. The penthouse apartment currently being rented by the Anthonys is on the market for $5.75 million. The couple were recently spotted checking out another pricey penthouse rental at 1055 Park Avenue (CurbedNY).

Former U2 bassist Adam Clayton is putting his three-bedroom apartment at the Eldorado at 300 Central Park West on the market for $8.695 million. High-profile U2 frontman Bono once lived in the Eldorado as well but moved out in 2008. Clayton’s apartment features a 22-foot-long eat-in kitchen with a butler's pantry and a 9-by-10-foot dressing room (WSJ).
