Judge Judy lists Sherry Netherland nest; Alicia Keys price chops SoHo loft; Coen brother sells Village pad; Shaun White on board with Bowery.

Director/Coen brother Ethan Coen is putting his Greenwich Village apartment, an 1,800-square-foot co-op at 30 East 10th Street, on the market for $2.34 million. Coen and his wife purchased the apartment, which has a sleeping loft and access to a shared roof deck, for $1.45 million in 2004 (CurbedNY).

Skate- and snowboard star and 2014 Olympic hopeful Shaun White reportedly took a spin through the penthouses at the new 250 Bowery. The top-floor apartments overlooking the newly-hot neighborhood range in price from $4.3596 million to $6.8936 million (NYPost).

Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beats have lowered the price on their SoHo penthouse at 30 Crosby Street to $15 million, a price chop of nearly $3 million. The 6,167-square-foot, five-bedroom condo has a soulful legacy: It belonged to Lenny Kravitz before the musical couple purchased it in 2010 (TRD).

Judith Sheindlin, a.k.a. Judge Judy, the first TV judge to have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, has put her Sherry Netherland pied-a-terre on the market for $9 million. The judge and her husband bought the apartment three years ago for $6.75 million. Another apartment at the prestigious 781 Fifth Avenue address is on the market for $95 million (CurbedNY).
