Leo leans toward penthouse; Kevin and Kyra investigate NoHo; A Beverly Hills Housewife’s daughter heads east.

More intel on the Leo DiCaprio townhouse/penthouse/uptown/downtown search: The award-collecting young star reportedly fancied–and possibly purchased–the 7,200-square-foot penthouse at 250 West Street (pictured) in TriBeCa. The condo in a converted former warehouse, with a private entrance, elevator and garage, was listed at an award-worthy $42 million; the listing recently disappeared from the market (CurbedNY).

Actors Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick continue their search for the perfect opportunity to leave Central Park West for the perfect downtown pad. Bacon recently checked out a 3,200-square-foot three-bedroom loft at 684 Broadway in NoHo with a $8.25 million price tag. The apartment also boasts 2,200 square feet of outdoor space and eco-friendly design elements that include sustainably harvested flooring and insulation made from recycled blue jeans (NYPost).

A visit from one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wasn’t all shopping and manicures. RHBH star Yolanda Foster is on the hunt for a downtown Manhattan one-bedroom apartment for her daughter, Gigi. The 18-year-old will be starting college–and a budding modeling career–this year. The mother-daughter duo checked out some not-yet-on-the-market units in the Beatrice at 105 West 29th Street in Chelsea, among others (NYPost).
