Goldie Hawn loves Midtown West, models choose One Brooklyn Bridge Park and LiLo may be TriBeCa’s newest troublemaker.

Goldie Hawn may be looking to start a collection of properties on West 57th Street, where she already has an apartment at the Central Park Place building at 301 West 57th. The actress recently ventured down the block to look at a 3,417 square-foot four-bedroom condo with a library and a formal dining room at Sheffield 57 at 322 West 57th Street (CurbedNY).

With its tall-tower views and proximity to the eponymous park, One Brooklyn Bridge Park at 360 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights is building a roster of young celebrity residents. Model Kendra Spears is the latest notable New Yorker to show interest; she recently visited a three-bedroom condo, listed at $1.8 million, in the building that is already home to comedian JB Smoove and supermodel Shalom Harlow (NYPost).

Controversial celebrity lawyer Alan Dershowitz recently bought a three-bedroom corner unit–listed for $1.895 million–at 45 Sutton Place South. The 1,800 square-foot co-op, once owned by gift catalog maven Lillian Vernon, has East River views (NYPost).

Lindsay Lohan may or may not have worn out her welcome on the west coast, but word on the street is that she’s planning a move to TriBeCa in NYC. The perpetually-in-hot-water starlet is said to be planning to crash at the pad of pal Gavin Doyle once she arrives. Prime living spaces at the neighborhood’s buzziest buildings like 101 Warren Street and River Lofts at 92 Laight Street await (NYDN).
