A must for chocoholics: The Madison Avenue location of the noted chocolatier holds weekly chocolate tasting sessions (“Parcours Initiatique”) at which the experts instruct participants in the finer points of the crave-worthy confection. The price ($70) includes a pre-tasting box, recipes, and more chocolates to take home. Reservations are required, spots are limited.
