Brooklyn Taco Experiment
Cookoff enthusiasts Theo Peck and Nick Suarez present the city’s premier culinary competition, the Brooklyn Taco Experiment. Amateur chefs will create inventive tacos and a panel will select—and eat—their favorites for cash and other prizes. A portion of ticket sales will help support Ovarian Cancer Research.

First Annual Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival
On a triumphant tour around the country, this good ‘ol boy celebration of the South makes a “pit” stop in Chelsea to bring New Yorkers “the best in beer, bourbon, barbecue, bluegrass and bacon!”

NYC Restaurant Week
Though it may seem as if it’s always Restaurant Week, this seasonal event is happening from January 25 - February 7, with over 260 top Manhattan restaurants offering three-course, prix-fixe lunches for $24.07 and dinners for $35.
