2010 Whitney Biennial
This year the Whitney’s signature exhibition embodies a cross section of contemporary art production, including different media ranging from painting and sculpture to video, photography, performance, and installation. Also on view: “Collecting Biennials,” featuring artists whose work was shown in Biennials over the past eight decades.

Armory Show/Armory Arts Week
Every March, artists, galleries, collectors, critics and curators from all over the world make New York their destination during Armory Arts Week. The art-stravaganza that follows includes a constellation of concurrent shows and events, including VOLTA NY, Pulse Contemporary Art Fair, Independent New York and many more.

The Armory Show 2010 Preview and Preview Party at MoMA
This insider’s event gives patrons a chance to beat the crowds for a sneak peek and an excuse to party with The Walkmen and DFA Records DJ Justin MIller.
