10 Greene Street stands as a distinguished example of 19th century SoHo architecture, built in 1869 and designed by J.B. Snook for Moon & Bryant. Snook was the architect behind several landmark New York buildings, including America's first department store (the A.T. Stewart store), the Metropolitan Hotel, and the original Grand Central Depot commissioned by Cornelius Vanderbilt. This landmarked, 28 foot wide building underwent a complete conversion to luxury condominiums in 2017 by Javeri Capital, which acquired the property for $14.45 million and invested in comprehensive infrastructure upgrades including new sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout.
